The First European GreenDestinations Ambassadors Meeting in beautiful Torres Vedras, Portugal went very well. We learnt from each other and discussed many topics, including the role of Ambassadors for their destinations, green solutions for tourism sustainability, sustainable destination marketing and innovative way to present destinations. We would like to thank all the Ambassadors attended the meeting, speakers, and Mr. Carlos Bernardes, Mayor of Torres Vedras and president of the European Ambassadors community, who hosted the event.
